Pour your own

No waiting on
a bartender.

Three steps, and then the rest of the evening is yours.

A wood-engraved Echo Station tap plate with Echo's silhouette and "Come. Sit. Stay.", mounted below a self-pour screen
01

Get a wristband.

Show your ID at the counter and we'll set you up. The wristband is your key to the wall.

02

Pour what you want.

Tap the wristband on the screen, hold your glass under the spout. Pour an ounce to taste it or a full pint if you already know.

03

Pay by the ounce.

The wall keeps count so you only pay for what you pour. Hand the wristband back on your way out.

The wall

Forty taps,
all yours.

Craft beer, cider, hard seltzer, wine, and tea, poured by the ounce from wood-clad taps with Echo's face on every handle. The list turns over constantly, so there's usually something on that wasn't there last week.

A Renaissance-style oil portrait of Echo the dog in a ruff collar, framed in gold on the exposed brick wall beneath a vintage Echo Station sign

The name

Every good room
needs a dog.

Echo came first. The taproom is named after her, her face is on all 40 tap handles, her silhouette is on the front door, and she has her portrait on the brick wall in a ruff collar like a minor Tudor noble.

Come. Sit. Stay. started as a joke about the dog. It turned out to be the whole idea — so bring yours, and she'll meet you at the door.

The shelf

Pick a game.
Stay a while.

Over 300 board games, card games, and puzzles, yours for the evening. Bring the kids, bring the dog, bring the friends you keep meaning to catch up with.

Games from the library are a $4 rental, and we keep a shelf of free ones too. Every so often we run a free game night — one rental on the house.
